What Adoptees Need Most
You love your child.
But sometimes their reactions, emotions, or behaviors don’t make sense—and that can feel confusing, frustrating, or even overwhelming.
This training is for parents, caregivers, and professionals supporting children impacted by adoption, foster care, and early life experiences that shape how they feel, connect, and respond to the world.
What makes this training different is that it’s not just based on theory—it’s grounded in real, lived experience. Isaac shares his own story as an adoptee, offering insight into what children may be feeling beneath the surface but don’t always have the words to express.
Together, we’ll shift from “What’s wrong?” to “What might this child need?”—with a focus on connection, emotional safety, and repair rather than control or compliance.
You don’t need a clinical background—just curiosity and a willingness to see your child (or the children you support) in a new way.
